Refund Policy
Our Refund & Replacement Policy
Our policy states that refunds are not available for custom-made items. In the event that an item is faulty, we will arrange for it to be inspected. If it is determined to be a manufacturer's fault, we will organize a replacement or issue a refund. However, if the inspection reveals that the item was damaged due to not following care instructions, unfortunately, no refund or replacement will be provided.
